Unit leaders and Assistant Leaders
As a unit leader, assistant leader or leader-in-training you’ll join a team of volunteers to run the unit, plan meetings, and deliver awesome activities. If you’d like to become a leader, we’ll support you to complete our Leader development programme.

Unit helpers assist the unit leadership team in running units (groups) of Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers. You’ll be part of a leadership team that includes at least one unit leader, assistant leaders and possibly also young leaders and other unit helpers. We have many units across the County that are in need of volunteers!
